Spinach And Bacon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/6 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 lb. spinach (fresh)
    6 bacon slices
    3 pieces bread, dried and cubed
    6 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together; let stand for several hours. Carefully pick over spinach removing stems and dead leaves.
    Wash well and drain until dry.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    In remaining drippings, very quickly fry bread cubes until lightly browned.
    When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad and toss well.
    Sprinkle bacon, croutons and chopped eggs over top.
    Yields 6.
