Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 lb. can sauerkraut
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped
Preparation

Heat sugar and vinegar until dissolved.
Cool.
Combine kraut and vegetables with vinegar mixture.
Makes four cups.
