Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    several spoonfuls butternut flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the first 8 ingredients and pour into baking dish. Mix and blend the next 4 ingredients.
    Spread on potato mixture. Blend by hand.
    Bake until topping is light brown (approximately 30 minutes) at 350\u00b0.
