Chicken And Grape Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste
dash of cayenne (red) pepper (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients and chill several hours.
Serve on lettuce and garnish with cantaloupe, peaches or strawberries.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
