Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    4 whole eggs
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips
    1/2 c. strong coffee
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over double boiler in coffee.
    Set aside. Mix cream cheese.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add 4 eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in flour and blend in heavy cream.
    Add chocolate mixture.
    Blend well.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Turn off oven; open door and let sit for 1 hour to cool.
