Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped very fine
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped very fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. canned corn, drained
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In frying pan melt butter; add green pepper and onions.
    Saute until soft.
    Add flour, corn, milk and salt.
    Stir into casserole dish.
    Stir in cracker crumbs with butter; spread on corn mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
