Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven 400 degrees.
    In large bowl beat eggs, add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Blend hot milk, and pour into one 9-inch inch pie crust.
    Bake 26 - 30 minutes or until knife placed in the center can come out clean.
