Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe pastry (2 c. flour)
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Sprinkle lightly with sugar and fill the pan with peaches.
    Pour lemon juice on top.
    Add butter or oleo and remaining sugar.
    Cover with pastry.
    Cut several gashes in the top to allow steam to escape.
