Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients well.
In separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
Add flour mixture alternating with milk to first bowl mixture.
Mix well, then add nuts.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam and lightly floured.
Top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
