Karen'S Christmas Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. block white chocolate
1/2 to 1 c. coarsely chopped peppermint candy

Preparation

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Add chopped candy and stir.
Pour onto metal cookie sheet and flash freeze for 20 minutes.
Slice or break into brittle.
