Pineapple Casserole(Usually Placed With Vegetables) - cooking recipe

1 large can pineapple, crushed and drained
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Drain the pineapple and place in a 2-quart casserole.
Mix flour, sugar and cheese and sprinkle over pineapple.
Top with 1/2 stack Ritz crackers (crushed, approximately 1/2 to 1 cup crushed) that has been mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
