Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili peppers, drained
8 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 c.)
8 oz. carton egg substitute or 4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Spray 3-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray (Pam). Sprinkle with chili peppers and cheese; set aside.
