Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced and pared apples
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. soft butter or margarine
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, spread the apples evenly.
Sprinkle with the water, cinnamon and salt.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the sugar, butter and flour with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Spread the mixture over the apples.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
