Sweet Potatoes With Apricot Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 jar apricot preserves
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes 45 minutes.
    Let cool, peel and cut in 1/3-inch slices.
    Grease 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
