Glazed Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium carrots
    12 small white onions
    1 to 1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onions until tender-crisp.
    Drain well.
    Melt butter and apricot preserves in casserole and stir in lemon juice. Add vegetables; stir gently.
    Sprinkle with parsley; put in moderate oven (350\u00b0) and bake until evenly glazed and heated through.
