Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 to 4 c. milk to make light white sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done with only enough water to cover.
    Cook onions and celery in butter until tender, adding flour and cooking until smooth.
    Add milk to make a light white sauce.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce in with potatoes, simmer about 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
