Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion
    2 c. water
    1 c. long grain brown rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    cornstarch
    water
Preparation
    Steak:
    Cut round steak into 2-inch strips; salt, pepper, flour and brown.
    Add chopped green pepper and chopped onion, then soy sauce and beef bouillon with about 2 cups water.
    Cover and cook slowly about 1 hour.
    Then add enough cornstarch to make gravy.
