Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. nuts or raisins or both
    4 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together.
    Add all ingredients except oil and flour.
    Add these last.
    Beat approximately 4 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or longer if needed.
