Patty'S Party Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    4 oz. diced green chilies, drained
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    4 oz. diced black olives, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in any order with hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.
    Spread evenly onto 6 burrito size flour tortillas.
    Roll each spread tortilla fairly tightly and wrap snugly in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Unwrap and slice into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
    Arrange on a serving plate flat. Serve with salsa for dipping.
