Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Oil bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with the coconut and nuts.
Prepare the cake mix and pour over the coconut and nuts. Cream the cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar mixture well. Mixture will be thick.
Glob the mixture on the contents in cake pan.
Batter will raise to top while baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
