Broccoli-Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cut-up processed American cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower separately by package directions; do not overcook.
    Drain and cool.
