Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. pecans
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together with 1 cup of pecans.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Make into ball.
    Roll in 1 cup pecans. Serve with Ritz crackers.
