Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash in small amount of water until tender. Saute onion in oleo. Mix 1/2 Ritz crumbs, cheese, milk, smashed squash and sauteed onions. Stir to blend. Place in casserole dish (greased). Crumble 1/2 tube Ritz and place on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered until slightly browned.
