Cinnamon Pecan Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 c. sugar
    1/8 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. oil (canola)
    milk
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients.
    Add egg and oil.
    Add milk and stir, adding more milk until mixture reaches the consistency of cake batter.
    Heat griddle to 325\u00b0.
    Pour batter (1/2 cup per pancake) onto hot greased griddle.
    Turn just as pancake begins to develop bubbles on top.
    (Decrease heat if pancake is too brown.) Serve with warm syrup, fruit preserves or whipped cream.
