Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 c. mayo
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. crushed barbecue potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except cheese and chips.
Put in baking dish, top with cheese and then the potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, covered.
Remove cover during the last 5 minutes of baking.
