Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    6 potatoes, cut in half
    3 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 can peas (juice and all)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put in layers, starting with the meat, into a casserole dish or pan.
    Bake 5 hours at 325\u00b0, covered.
