Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, mashed
    7/8 c. sugar (1 c., less 2 Tbsp.)
    1 Tbsp. melted butter (no oleo)
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mash
    cottage
    cheese.\tSeparate
    eggs.
    Beat egg yolks and add
    to cottage cheese along with sugar, butter, cream and flour. Beat
    egg
    whites
    until
    stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.\tTime of preparation: 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
