Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
4 c. peeled, sliced peaches
1/4 c. cornstarch or 1/2 c. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or mixed fruit Jell-O
2 baked pie shells
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch; add water and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
Add Jell-O.
Cool and add 4 cups of fresh sliced peaches.
Pour into 2 baked and cooled pie shells.
