Rice And Sour Cream Casserole(Arroz Con Jocoqui) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    3 c. sour cream
    2 (4 oz.) cans peeled green chilies, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    May be made with macaroni and noodles or whole hominy instead of rice.
