Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
pepperoni
mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Bisquick
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cook and stir sausage, onion, green pepper and seasoning until brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in sauce, olives, mushrooms and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
After cooking for one minute, pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spread with pepperoni.
