Chicken Diable - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 split chicken breast (may substitute drums or thighs)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In a small pan, combine butter or margarine, honey and mustard.
    Remove chicken skin.
    Heat remaining ingredients.
    Place chicken on a shallow pan and pour sauce over.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently (uncovered).
