Breaded Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. carrots
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Preparation
    Place carrots in water in pressure cooker.
    Add salt and cook 6 to 7 minutes.
    Cool cooker at once.
    Melt butter in frypan and brown.
    Add bread crumbs; cook until crumbs are brown.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour over drained carrots and sprinkle with parsley.
