Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    in
    large
    mixing
    bowl, except 1 tablespoon of
    vegetable
    oil.
    Heat
    the tablespoon of oil in large iron\tskillet until very hot.
    Pour batter into skillet. Bake in 350\u00b0
    oven\tabout
    50 minutes or until done and golden brown.
