Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/4 lb. cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix well and cook in large skillet (greased) at 350\u00b0 until brown.
