Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs yolks
    1 c. milk
    juice of 1 lemon
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add flour and egg yolks.
    Beat smooth. Add milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Fold in stiffly-beaten egg whites and pour into partially baked crust.
    Put in hot oven (425\u00b0) and bake until filling is firm to the touch.
