Diabetic Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soybean flour
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. milk
    1/8 c. gluten flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together all the flours, blend well; mix all dry ingredients with flours.
    Then add the egg, slowly stirring in the milk, plus the butter for a stiff batter.
    Spoon into well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
