Chicken Divan(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up
    2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. mayonnaise or lite mayo (do not use fat-free)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange cooked, drained broccoli in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Place chicken on top evenly.
    Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour over chicken.
    May be refrigerated, covered with plastic, up to 2 days.
    Can be multiplied for parties.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
