Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini, unpeeled
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar, oil and vanilla until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in the zucchini.
    Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in the walnuts.
    Add to the first mixture.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
