Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Gunnoe's Italian sausage links or turkey links
    2 green peppers, cut and diced in large chunks
    2 medium onions, cut and diced in large chunks
    1 can stewed tomatoes (Italian)
    Italian seasoning
    garlic powder
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    In electric frypan, cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
    Brown sausage links on all sides until brown.
    Add green peppers, onions and tomatoes.
    Cover.
    Let simmer until vegetables are tender. Add seasonings to desired taste.
    Cook until sausage is done and vegetables are very tender.
