Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cocoa
    12 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour and cocoa.
    Beat whites until foamy (5 minutes).
    Add vanilla, cream of tartar and salt.
    Increase to medium speed while adding 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, 5 minutes.
    Beat 2 minutes more.
    Add 1/3 dry ingredients, fold in, add remaining 2/3 dry ingredients in the same way.
    Pour into a 10-inch tube pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
