Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. softened shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add 1/4 cup shortening and egg. Mix well.
    Add sugar, salt and 3 1/2 cups of the flour.
    Mix well.
    Add the remaining 3 1/2 cups of flour.
    Mix well.
    Let rise until double.
    Make into rolls.
    Place in 2 (9 x 13-inch) greased pans or 1 (12 x 18-inch) pan.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 30 rolls.
