Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 veal loin chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings; coat chops.
    Mix crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip chops in egg, then in crumb mixture.
    Brown slowly in hot olive oil.
    Place a slice of Mozzarella cheese on top of each chop.
    Pour sauce (one 8 ounce can of herbed tomato sauce) over it and sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano.
    Cover and simmer 50 minutes.
