Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage lightly; drain.
    Saute onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in sausage drippings.
    Mix all ingredients in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
