Beef And Noodles(6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cut into 2 x 2 1/2-inch strips, or lean ground beef
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of nutmeg
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
cooked noodles
Preparation

Saut the beef, onion and garlic in oil. When browned, add the mushrooms, seasonings and soup. Simmer until the beef is tender. Serve over the cooked noodles.
