Ingredients

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peaches, kiwi)
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
Preparation

Press cookie dough into bottom of pan; bake until golden brown.
Cream milk, cheese, lemon juice and vanilla; spread on top of cookie.
Place fruit on top of cream cheese mixture.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and orange juice in pan; simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and cool.
Pour over fruit and chill in refrigerator.
