Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. light cream (Pet milk or Carnation)
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate or cocoa
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together in a heavy saucepan both sugars, light cream and chocolate.
    Cook until forms a soft ball, when a drop is put in cool water or 234\u00b0.
    Stir just enough to keep from sticking. Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla; do not stir again until lukewarm, then beat until it starts to lose its shine.
    Add pecans.
    Drop on wax paper or onto foil.
