Texas Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 regular tea bags
    12 oz. frozen orange juice
    12 oz. frozen lemonade
    1 - 2 c. rum, whiskey or vodka
    1 bottle 7-Up
    mint sprigs
Preparation
    In pan boil and cool - 7 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    In another pan boil and cool 2 cups water and 4 tea bags.
