Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken broth
2 large avocados, cut up
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. snipped cilantro
1 c. half and half
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Place 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
Stir remaining broth into avocado mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Garnish with sour cream and paprika or avocado slices, if desired.
