Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter, cubed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes with sugar, milk, egg, 3 tablespoons butter and vanilla.
    With wooden spoon, stir to break up potatoes, but do not mash.
    Place in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine brown sugar and flour; cut in butter until you have coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts and sprinkle mixture over sweet potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
