Broiled Crabmeat Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine
    5 oz. Old English cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    7 oz. crabmeat, flaked
    6 English muffins, split
Preparation
    In large bowl, blend together softened butter and cheese.
    Stir in the mayonnaise, salts and crabmeat.
    Spread on muffin halves. Cut each muffin into four pieces.
    Spread on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Place in plastic bags until ready to serve.
    At serving time, broil until brown and bubbly.
    Yields 48 hors d'oeuvres.
